Bhavya is an integral part of the Litigation and Intellectual Property Rights team at the firm, where she actively represents clients before various courts and tribunals in Delhi, including the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and the Supreme Court of India.

Her practice spans civil, criminal, consumer, and IP matters, with a strong focus on trademark and copyright filings, responses to examination reports, and comprehensive legal research on emerging IP issues. She has also handled numerous cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, particularly cheque dishonour disputes.

Bhavya is deeply involved in legal drafting, litigation documentation, and client conferences, working closely with senior counsel on case preparation and strategy.
